What is included in each Ballpit Nails press-on kit?
Every kit comes with 24 multi-sized nails to ensure a perfect fit, a dual-sided nail file, an orange wood cuticle stick, non-toxic nail glue, and adhesive tabs for short-term wear.
How long do the nails stay on?
With our professional-grade glue, your manicure can last up to 2 weeks. If you prefer a temporary look for an event, our adhesive tabs provide a secure hold for 1-3 days.
Are Ballpit Nails reusable?
Yes! If you use the adhesive tabs, the nails can be easily removed and reused multiple times. If using glue, we recommend gently buffing away any excess dried glue from the back of the nail for future use.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused sets within 14 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
Will these nails damage my natural nails?
When applied and removed correctly, our press-ons are much gentler than salon acrylics or gels. Always follow our removal guide and never 'rip' the nails off to maintain your natural nail health.
